Unlike Western massage Traditional Thai Massage is performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor instead of on a massage table. Thai Massage is designed to open up your Sen lines. If these lines become blocked it can cause discomfort or disease. By applying pressure using your thumb knees elbows and feet you can open the Sen lines and allow the energy to flow freely. You also stretch the client with a series of stretches. Some people call it yoga for lazy people. The client is passive while you put them into yoga poses.
